Main Hall
To comply with our Licence the main hall can hold a maximum of 200 persons standing for the purpose of a dance, disco, etc, or 120 seated. This hall is set with a stage to the rear that can be used for performances or setting up music.
There is a bar serving area on one side of the room.
We can provide tables and chairs and other equipment depending on your needs.
Pavilion
This smaller space can be hired together with the Main Hall or separately. It will comfortably seat 56 in rows facing a speakers' table at one end with projector screen and facilities for a projector.
The Kitchen
We have a fully equipped catering kitchen for your use. There is a convenient serving hatch through to the main hall.
Toilets
We have smart, modern, gents, ladies and disabled toilets with baby changing facilities.

PA System
There is a PA system in the main hall for meetings, presentations and background music. Please ask the caretaker if you need access to the locked cabinet for the CD player or PA volume controls.
Hearing Loop
Induction loop systems are fitted in both the main hall and the pavilion, in the main hall it operates through the new PA system.
Wifi
Spaxton Village Hall now has free WiFi for hirers ask for the code to use when making your booking.
Access & Parking
The Village Hall offers ample parking and full and easy access for those with mobility issues.
Outside the Hall there are large playing fields. The top field has childrens' play equipment - eg, swings, see-saw, and the large lower field has football and cricket pitches which are used by local teams.
