Spaxton Village Hall uses personal data for the purposes of managing the hall. This involves bookings and finance, running and marketing hall events, staff employment and fundraising activities.

Data may be retained for up to seven years for accounts purposes and longer where required by the hall’s insurers or grant providers.

All data will be kept securely and will not be shared or sold.
